Phoned one day and had service the next. Quentin found the leak, re-sleeved the water pipe and left the premises neat and tidy. This service is not cheap but neither is Unitywater's excess water bill. Some leak detector businesses only find the leak and then you have to find a plumber. Water Leak Detective does it all. Called water leak detective on advice from unity water guys who attended on call from neighbour. Steven said be there in a couple of hours then re phoned and said is on the way. Really nice bloke with incredible calmness about him. Explained cost and what needed to be done to find leak in pipe just on my side of meter. Fixed cleaned up in very short time. Brilliant service and will have Steve back for a smaller job which he looked at while here. Rare to find service like this. 10 out of 10.

Had Quentin come out on 18th January to inspect a leak, really nice guy, spent time trying to find where it was coming from, told me he was pretty confident it would be as easy fix and he would get the office to send a quote and coming out the following week. Sadly after 2 follow ups one with Quentin and one with Steve as well as many un replied messages we never heard back. We have a different company coming out today so hoping we have a better experience.

Hi all, we had a leak occur on the weekend while we were away, got home on the Monday to find it all happening under our driveway slab. It was great to have someone able to respond on time as promised and resolve it quickly. I was very impressed with the way the leak was traced and very minimum impact on the concrete in finding and opening up to the leak. The price was very good value for what was done. I highly recommend these folks. I was very glad I went to them first.

Steven has been wonderful. He took care of two jobs for me and for one spent a considerable amount of time on my roof replacing screws. Recently we had a problem with a possible water leaking in our house. We called a few different reputable companies on the coast and nobody could resolve the problem.This was very stressful. Luckily I called Steven. And the next day early in the morning he was at our place. In 20 minutes the problem was solved. Steven was very professional and friendly. Had a great experience with the Water Leak Detective today. Steven was able to find the leak fast (considering how deep it was and under a carport/concrete slab), and fixed it in a timely manner. We were losing approx. 2000 litres a day and very relieved that problem is now solved at a very reasonable price too. Came in short notice and on a Saturday. Highly recommended.
